Glenn Hoddle singled out Chelsea’s Jorginho for big praise after his midweek performance against Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League.
The Blues came from behind last night to win 2-1 at Stamford Bridge in the final match of the Champions League group phase.
Graham Potter’s side will now face an anxious wait to see who they’re pitted against in the round of 16, with the draw taking place next week. It’s going to be either Club Brugge, Borussia Dortmund, Eintracht Frankfurt, Inter Milan, RB Leipzig or Paris Saint-Germain they face in the knockouts.

Jorginho against Dinamo Zagreb
Hoddle believes that Jorginho deserves a special mention for his contribution against Dinamo Zagreb on Wednesday night.
In fact, he feels the Croatian visitors couldn’t really get near him on the pitch.
“Jorginho was excellent today. They (Zagreb) didn’t really get tight on him, but he is someone that can look forward,” Hoddle told BT Sport 2 (10:15pm, 2 November).
Jorginho hasn’t had too much praise for yesterday, but it was another tidy performance from the deep-lying midfielder.
The £50million Blues star initiated the Raheem Sterling goal with a great forward pass in the build up. He was the senior figure patrolling things in the centre of the park, too.

Denis Zakaria, who was making his Chelsea debut in the midfield against Dinamo Zagreb, must have loved having the experience of 30-year-old Jorginho sitting in just behind him.
Zakaria understandably stole the headlines for his eye-catching debut, with Mason Mount raving about his display post-match.
However, there were a number of really encouraging individual performances that should please Potter ahead of this weekend’s Premier League contest against Arsenal.
It’s going to be very intriguing to see how the midfield shapes up on Sunday.
