Chelsea pair Hakim Ziyech and Callum Hudson-Odoi will miss Wednesday’s Champions League clash against Krasnodar due to hamstring injuries.
Ziyech was forced off in the first half of the 3-1 win over Leeds United on Saturday.
While Frank Lampard ruled out the winger for the home game against Krasnodar, the manager said he was still waiting for the injury scan results.

“I hope this is a minor injury; we’ll find out with the scan today,” Lampard told reporters in his pre-match press conference on Monday (via the club’s official YouTube channel).
“The feeling he [has] had since the game is that it doesn’t feel too bad.
“I hope it means we’re talking a couple of weeks but I have to wait for the scan on that one.
“But I’m not worried too much. He’s a fit lad, I can manage it around that.”

Lampard said that Hudson-Odoi also suffered a hamstring injury during training.
This means Lampard will be without two options for the right winger role.
Timo Werner looked very promising on the right flank, but he is certainly one of the players Lampard would want to rest ahead of a tough trip to Everton’s Goodison Park on Saturday.
Kai Havertz could be an option since he often played in that role at Bayer Leverkusen.
