Gary Neville has claimed on his podcast that he believes Chelsea should probably have been given a penalty against West Ham on Saturday.
The Blues had huge late appeals turned down as they pushed for a winner in the game that ended 1-1.
Joao Felix had given the visitors the lead with a fine finish off the back of a super Enzo Fernandez cross. However, they were pegged by and left scrambling for a late goal after making a host of substitutions.

One of those replacements, Conor Gallagher, was the one who had a strike which hit Tomas Soucek’s arm.
Despite the appeals, the decision was not given by the referee or VAR.
Neville comments on Chelsea penalty appeal
Neville has claimed he can see why the decision wasn’t given, although believes personally that it probably was a penalty.
He said: “I can see how he’s leaned towards that way and ended up going down, he’s not sort of moved his arm towards the ball. I think always that it’s like with a handball or an elbow it’s when you see that [an arm flying out], if you see an arm go up and it’s a natural movement where you are just jumping for the ball it’s when they go like that [arm flinging out].

“It’s when they moved the arm towards it. It felt to me like Soucek’s arm never moved. Now, he might be that clever that he can do that. But to me it felt like there was enough in it. I felt like it was probably a penalty but I feel like that one could have gone either way.”
It’s not the first time this season the Blues have been left furious at decisions that have cost them points.
It was admitted after the error that Christian Romero should have been sent off moments before Tottenham equalised in August.
