GK and Defence
Kepa Arrizabalaga, fresh off back-to-back clean sheets, will continue his place between the sticks tonight.
A returning Reece James will definitely need to be managed in his return to the first team, and his minutes will be monitored from a start.
With a nice break from the last outing, Thiago Silva will be fresh and ready to lead the defence likely as captain.
He will be joined by Benoit Badiashile, who has impressed greatly in his first two appearances for the club.
Marc Cucurella will start at left-back, with the likelihood being that Ben Chilwell will appear at some point on his personal return from injury.
Midfield
Big-money signing Enzo Fernandez will be needed from the start here, with healthy midfielders not easy to find right now.
He will be partnered by Conor Gallagher, who many expected to be on the move in the final moments of the January transfer window.
Slightly in front of them will be Mason Mount, keen to return to the best form that he has shown as a Chelsea player.
Attack
Noni Madueke will make his debut on the right, with Raheem Sterling still returning from injury.
Kai Havertz will occupy the central role of attack, as he looks to find goalscoring form in the face of new competition up top.
On the left will see Mykhailo Mudryk make his first start for the club. Many are excited about what he can bring after his promising debut.
