Graham Potter has claimed in his post-match interview with the club that the Blues and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang are beginning to get on the same page.
The 33-year-old scored again for Chelsea last night, making it three goals in three games for the club.
He has also found the net in both crucial Champions League games for the club against AC Milan, firing home the second in the San Siro yesterday.

There were a number of doubts over Aubameyang’s time at the club after Thomas Tuchel was sacked just one game into his time back in London.
The signing looked to be made for the German, with them working together previously at Borussia Dortmund to great success.
However, Potter has trusted him with starts in the big games since coming in, and has claimed the connection between him and his teammates is beginning to appear, which is helping his performances improve on the pitch.
Potter praises Aubameyang
He said: “He’s been building his minutes and getting stronger and stronger.
“The understanding has been growing between us and him and the key is for him to be enjoying his football and be an important player. He is for us, so I’m delighted for him.”
The good form of the former Arsenal and Barcelona man has been at the expense of Armando Broja.

The youngster has impressed in training and even scored his first goal for the club at the weekend against Wolves.
However, he has struggled to displace Aubameyang to get a start, much to the annoyance of some fans.
Despite those frustrations, you simply can’t doubt the 33-year-old while he is still scoring big goals, with him leading the line for Chelsea’s regain of form under Potter.
With plenty of games still to come this month, there will be plenty more chances for the forward to get a firmer grip on his starting place.
