USMNT midfielder Sebastian Lletget was full of praise of teammate Christian Pulisic after their comfortable 4-1 win in a friendly match against Jamaica.

US boss Gregg Berhalter opted for a 4-3-3 system for the game, with Barcelona star Sergino Dest playing as a left-back and Pulisic as a left winger.

Lletget, who played in between these two on the left of the midfield three, praised the two players for making it “easy” for him.

“Sometimes, players just have to have that feeling with each other, that x-factor, it’s just chemistry,” the LA Galaxy player said in his press conference after the game.

“Playing with Sergino and Christian on the [left side], they made my life easy.

“They have so much ability, they made this game really easy for me.”

“So credit to them, I think they played amazing.”

Pulisic was taken off at half-time in that game, but US boss Berhalter admitted that it was a “planned substitution”.

“I think that will set him up nicely to gain fitness here with the national team and go back to Chelsea in a good way,” he added (via Goal).

Berhalter also confirmed that Pulisic will play more minutes in their next friendly game against Northern Ireland.
