Jadon Sancho has already formed a ‘close bond’ with one teammate following his move to Chelsea this summer.
Chelsea surprised plenty of people in the transfer window when they signed Jadon Sancho on deadline day. Interestingly, the 24-year-old attacker moved to Stamford Bridge on a season-long loan deal from Manchester United, which also includes an obligation to buy.
Chelsea fans loved Sancho’s debut for them last Saturday, where he helped the Blues secure a 1-0 away win at Bournemouth in the Premier League.
It’s widely covered that the English winger struggled to really make his mark at Old Trafford as a Man United player, but let’s hope he can now rediscover the form that made him a superstar at Borussia Dortmund as a youngster.

Jadon Sancho bond with Christopher Nkunku
According to GiveMeSport, Chelsea’s Sancho has already managed to form a strong relationship with Christopher Nkunku.
It is explained that the Blues attackers have hit it off straight away. In fact, Sancho assisted Nkunku’s winning goal against Bournemouth at the weekend.
The strength in depth when it comes to Chelsea’s attack is quite evident when you see that Sancho, Nkunku and Joao Felix were all used as impact substitutes versus Bournemouth.
For Enzo Maresca, he’s got a huge task as the head coach to work out his preferred attacking set-up.
The puzzle in Chelsea’s attack
We’re guessing that Maresca is having sleepless nights thinking about his forward line and the best way to get it functioning.
Nkunku, who earns £195,000-a-week (Spotrac), is a supremely talented footballer. In fact, the versatile forward has made a real impact so far this season by scoring three goals in six games across all competitions so far.
However, Nkunku has only started one of Chelsea’s four Premier League matches this season, which highlights the difficulty that Maresca has. The Blues are preferring Cole Palmer as the No.10 and Nicolas Jackson as the central striker, so shoehorning the Frenchman into the starting XI is very difficult.
If the Sancho-Nkunku partnership continues to blossom in the coming weeks, we think both could apply some real pressure to force their way into the best line-up.
