Enzo Fernandez’s time at Chelsea looks as if it will come to an end this summer after comments from his agent, Javier Pastore.

Despite being under a long-term contract that binds him to Stamford Bridge until 2032, his agent, Javier Pastore, has consistently worked behind the scenes to engineer a pathway out of West London.

The tension peaked after Pastore publicly slammed the club for their disciplinary measures and openly confirmed they are actively exploring other options.

However, things seemed to be changing of late with Enzo Fernandez, as the latest rumours suggested that Xabi Alonso wanted to keep him at Chelsea at all costs.

Enzo Fernandez’s agent is working on an exit

Speaking to Marca, Javier Pastore put it bluntly that he is working on getting Enzo Fernandez a move away from Chelsea this summer, despite no contact with Real Madrid.

“Right now the player is calmly thinking about the national team. He is playing a World Cup, he is very close to reaching the round of 16. He is only thinking about that and we are looking at possibilities to leave Chelsea, but there is nothing firm or confirmed at any club.

“Enzo likes Madrid? Who doesn’t LOVE Madrid. I did not even play there but I LIVE there now. He has also his friend Julian Alvarez there, they spend all their free time together and he also comes to see me to sort out work matters.”
