John Terry took a dig at Tottenham after Chelsea’s win on Sunday evening in the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The Blues produced an outstanding away performance to return to winning ways and consolidate fourth in the Premier League table.

Frank Lampard’s side recorded a 2-0 away win, but the scoreline could have been far more and the switch to a 3-4-3 formation proved a masterstroke from the manager.
Willian opened the scoring with a stunning goal in the 12th minute, as he finished off a quick-corner routine and whipped in a low finish.

He then netted a penalty just before half-time, as VAR intervened to award a deserved spot-kick following a high foot from goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga.
Heung-Min Son then received a red card just after the hour mark to reduce Spurs to 10 men for kicking out on the floor and Chelsea held on for an excellent three points.
Ex-Chelsea captain Terry delivered a comical dig at London rivals Spurs after the weekend’s win.
“3 point lane. Some things never change,” Terry wrote on his personal Twitter account.

After four defeats in the previous five league matches, it was the perfect response from Chelsea to produce arguably their most eye-catching performance of the season against Spurs.
Lampard showed his tactical shrewdness against his former manager Jose Mourinho and it won’t be a surprise to see a back three implemented more often moving forward at Stamford Bridge.
Meanwhile, the likes of Willian and Mason Mount proved doubters wrong with their excellent displays.
