Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers has praised the “incredible” Chelsea squad ahead of Tuesday’s trip to Stamford Bridge and said he expects a response from the London side.
The Foxes defeated Chelsea in the FA Cup final on Saturday, thanks to Youri Tielemans’ superb strike and their strong defensive display.
The two sides will meet again tomorrow, and this time, with their top-four hopes at stake.
Leicester and Chelsea currently sit third and fourth in the Premier League table, respectively, with a two-point gap between them.
However, the losing side might drop out of the top four spots depending on the result of the match between Burnley and Liverpool on Wednesday.
Speaking ahead of the game, Rodgers said his team will head into the game with the “same idea” regardless of how Chelsea might react.

“I expect them to be what they are — a top-class team,” Rodgers said in his press conference on Monday.
“It’s a club that used to winning, I’ve been there for four odd years.
“But you know also when you’re a club that wants to win, you know that sometimes you fall short as well. It’s how you respond.
“They’re in the Champions League final for a reason, because they’ve got an incredible squad.
“So it [the FA Cup final win] was a huge result for us.
“We’ll go on to the next game with the same idea; work hard, be equally aggressive and see if we can make opportunities come.”
