Martin Keown has claimed that Hakim Ziyech won’t be happy after Chelsea’s win over Barnsley on Thursday night.
The Blues set up an FA Cup quarter-final tie against Sheffield United by beating Championship opposition Barnsley 1-0 last night.
Tammy Abraham’s second-half goal settled a contest where the underdogs had their fair share of opportunities, but eventually Thomas Tuchel’s side avoided the upset.
The German manager is now unbeaten in his five Chelsea games in charge and up next is a home match against Newcastle United in the Premier League.
Pundit Keown stated on live commentary that £100,000-a-week Blues attacker Ziyech will be frustrated after he was substituted off midway through the second-half.
The 27-year-old was recalled to the starting XI for the FA Cup tie, but had minimal impact on the game.
“Ziyech though won’t be happy will he with his performance tonight. A bit of work there for Tuchel to do,” Keown told BBC One.

Ziyech has featured in just two of Tuchel’s five games in charge so far, which shows he’s got plenty of work to do at Stamford Bridge to try show the levels he did at previous club Ajax.
The left-footed playmaker looked visibly frustrated against Barnsley, as his shoulders were slumped and he trudged off the pitch when substituted.
It must be noted that his first season in English football has been wrecked by injuries so far, which is why he’s made just 19 appearances in a Chelsea shirt.
But it’s worrying that he couldn’t get into the game against Barnsley and he operated in an attacking role just behind the forward.
There are plenty of options in that area of the pitch, so Ziyech may need to be patient and show his true individual ability in training.
