Fabrizio Romano has claimed there has still been little movement on Chelsea’s side regarding a move for Dusan Vlahovic.
He told CaughtOffside that there is still a chance that the situation changes by January.
It has been claimed that a striker is on the agenda for the Blues after a disappointing campaign so far in front of goal.

This is despite Nicolas Jackson’s recent hat-trick against Tottenham that helped them towards a big three points.
One of the names who was reportedly close to joining was Vlahovic, after the clubs engaged in conversations.
Romano on Vlahovic
Romano has claimed that after being asked by Chelsea fans, there are still no real updates on the saga.
He said: “Some fans have asked me about the situation around Dusan Vlahovic, as there was some talk of him leaving in the summer, although it’s been more quiet recently.
“My understanding is that the reason it’s quiet for now is because the situation is very much the same as last summer – Vlahovic is not considered one of the untouchable players at Juventus, but they want big money for him or they’d still be happy with him staying as happened in August.
“It’s also worth remembering that even in the summer, despite many stories, it was never that concrete for Vlahovic to leave Juve. Chelsea didn’t see the Serbian striker as a priority target, and were only ready to pursue a deal under the right conditions – a straight swap involving Romelu Lukaku, with no money changing hands.
“However, this wasn’t acceptable for Juventus, and so things never advanced from there. Let’s see if this changes in January, but for now there are no developments on this story.”
If the Blues are looking to enter the market, it looks as if it will be for either Ivan Toney or Victor Osimhen.
The latter is definitely seen as the dream signing, however the Premier League man may be the more realistic option.
