Jamie Carragher raved about Chelsea’s Kepa Arrizabalaga for his individual performance during Sunday’s game against Aston Villa.
Graham Potter’s unbeaten run as Blues boss continued at the weekend with a hard-fought 2-0 victory away to Villa in the Premier League.
Mason Mount, who capitalised on a poor mistake from opposition defender Tyrone Mings, put Chelsea in front inside six minutes with his first goal of the season.
He doubled his and his team’s tally in the second-half with a superb free-kick from distance to wrap up three league points.

Carragher raved about Kepa
Sky Sports pundit Carragher was left amazed by the first-half contribution of Kepa, who ensured his side went into the interval with a one-goal advantage.
The 28-year-old goalkeeper made several eye-catching saves to justify his place in the side right now ahead of Edouard Mendy.
In particular, he pulled off an early save of the season contender from a Danny Ings header in the six-yard box.
“This is definitely the best I’ve ever seen him play in a Chelsea shirt. He’s been absolutely fantastic. He has kept Chelsea in the game,” Carragher said on Sky Sports’ Main Event channel during half-time of Villa vs Chelsea (2:55pm, 16 October).
“The next save [from Danny Ings] is actually the best one. This one here, from point-blank range, he tips it over the bar. It’s fantastic. He’s been absolutely outstanding.”

Kepa is in the process of proving all his doubters wrong, which is understandable given his turbulent career at Stamford Bridge so far.
Interestingly, Carragher was guilty of making a small dig at the Spanish shot-stopper in the build up to Chelsea’s win over Villa.
Carragher said about Kepa: “That goalkeeper is not good enough to win the Premier League.”
Just hours later, Chelsea’s current number one keeper was being showered with praise by the same pundit.
