Romelu Lukaku has apparently been hinting to Inter Milan players that he will be joining them this summer.
Journalist Dean Jones has told the ‘Done Deal Show’ on The Football Terrace’s Youtube channel that the Belgian is expecting to put his underwhelming return to England to bed, in favour of a return to Italy.
The Blues smashed their transfer record last summer to bring Lukaku back to Stamford Bridge, however the striker’s season tailed off after a promising first few weeks.

The 29-year-old also fractured his relationship with supporters at the turn of the year, after he criticised the club and hinted at a desire to return to Inter.
The Nerazzurri are widely reported to be interested in bringing Lukaku back this summer, although their financial position could force them into trying a loan move.
Journalist Jones believes the striker has played his last game at Stamford Bridge, with his mind firmly on Inter.
He said: “I don’t think Lukaku will be there. People that I’ve spoken to have said that there are players at Inter who have been told by Lukaku ‘see you next season’ basically, not in those exact words, but he’s more expecting to be an Inter player than a Chelsea player next season.”

Lukaku has shown a handful of times that there was a possibility for him to be Chelsea’s number nine for the next few seasons, however it feels like everyone just wants this period in his career to be over.
The Blues looked a more fluid side when Kai Havertz or even Timo Werner occupied the middle role of the attack, with the pair striking understandings with the likes of Mason Mount and Christian Pulisic much more effectively.
Links to Gabriel Jesus could see the Blues create a new dynamic with their attack, as they would welcome a natural finisher who has also developed his game to play wide.
