Armando Broja has provided Chelsea fans with an update on his status as he begins his comeback from injury.
Broja uploaded a story of himself to his Instagram lying on what appears to be a medical bed in the club facilities.
He accompanied the best with the caption ‘Step by step’, with the striker now literally taking steps towards playing competitively again.
It will probably be a while before the young attacker steps foot on the Stamford Bridge surface, or any pitch for that matter.
The 21-year-old is highly likely to miss the rest of the campaign after rupturing his cruciate ligament in a friendly against Aston Villa.

There is never an ideal time for a player to endure a stint on the side-lines, but this couldn’t have come at a worse period for Chelsea.
Armando Broja’s injury a big issue for Chelsea
Graham Potter is just over a week away from his side’s first Premier League match post-World Cup.
The fixture with Villa in Abu Dhabi was meant to provide answers, not more problems for Potter.
Due to Broja’s absence, the Blues boss will now head into the home tie with Bournemouth on the 27th with only one available senior number nine.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will have to lead the line until at least the January transfer window opens, where Todd Boehly might be forced to add another to the front pack.

Boehly may have to spend big in order to acquire someone at relatively short notice, but this hasn’t proved to be an issue for the American in the past.
