Graham Potter was spotted dishing out directions to Chelsea prodigy Charlie Webster in preparation for the Bournemouth game.
Potter got caught on camera relaying information to the team in training, doing so with an arm on the teenager’s shoulder.

Webster has been heavily involved with the senior squad ever since the World Cup kicked off last month.
The 18-year-old was afforded the chance to impress the Chelsea manager in the absence of several primary players whilst they competed in Qatar.
He jetted off to Abu Dhabi with several of his academy mates earlier this month to continue his work under Potter.
Webster even started in the friendly fixture against Aston Villa, a fixture lost 1-0.
Despite nearly all of the World Cup stars now back at Cobham, the young midfielder has remained part of the pack.
With the Premier League resumption just a few days away, he will be hoping to at least make the bench for the showdown at Stamford Bridge.

Whilst it might be wishful thinking, Webster still has a decent chance to at least witness the tie first-hand from the dugout.
Lewis Hall is the other Under-21’s star that is most likely to make the short journey across London with the Chelsea side on Tuesday.
