Journalist Florian Plettenberg has claimed that Conor Gallagher can now imagine playing his football for another Premier League club.
He took to Twitter to state that talks are positive for the midfielder to make the move to West Ham this summer.
It has been widely reported that the new staff at Chelsea are all very keen on Gallagher, with them looking to get to grips with their squad.

They have been back in training for two weeks now, and yesterday travelled to the United States for their upcoming pre-season tour.
The England international is one player who has survived the exodus of first team players at Stamford Bridge, with the much-needed clear out more than underway.
While some were forcing their way out of the club though, Gallagher made it clear in an interview that he loved being a Chelsea player, and was looking forward to next season to try and put some of last season’s wrongs right.
Gallagher can imagine West Ham
However, the 23-year-old is reportedly now not safe in his place at the club, with Plettenberg claiming that he is wanted by Conference League winners West Ham.
He said: “Conor Gallagher, he’s also on the list of West Ham United. Next to Goretzka! Talks with the 23 y/o are positive and ongoing.

“Talks about a transfer fee package of around €25-35m. Understand, the player can really imagine to join West Ham!”
Chelsea should be cautious at this stage about selling any players who are able to play a lot of minutes in the upcoming season, especially in the midfield areas.
While there is a lot of hope that they will agree a deal for Moises Caicedo, it is expected that this is not close yet, and reinforcements in that position are essential to keep hold of.
