The plethora of top-quality players currently at Chelsea has made it very difficult for everyone to get the minutes they think they deserve this season.

A number of superstar talents have been forced to earn their minutes in the Conference League this season, and have certainly left an impression on manager Enzo Maresca.

Christopher Nkunku is currently the club’s top scorer in all competitions this season, however has just one Premier League start to his name off the back of some really impressive displays from his competitors.

The Conference League has seen Mykhailo Mudryk gain regular minutes too, with him making the most of appearance as of late.

The Ukraine international was described as ‘brilliant’ by Jason Cundy for his performance against Panathainaikos in that competition.

Crystal Palace enquire over January move for Mykhailo Mudryk

Mudryk has not been given an easy ride by Maresca this season, although has shown significant improvements in both his confidence and conviction of late.

It has been reported that chiefs at Chelsea are desperate for Mudryk to become a success, although there are no guarantees over his future at Stamford Bridge at this stage.

Now, according to Football Transfers, an approach over a potential loan move to Crystal Palace has come in to the Blues.

There is a lot of quality on the wings at Chelsea at the minute, with Pedro Neto the latest to establish himself as a regular in the Premier League side.

He repaid that faith with an excellent display and point-saving goal against Arsenal, and looks as if he is going to remain in the side for the next few games.

Noni Madueke’s Chelsea place under threat

Noni Madueke’s place in the starting XI could be in jeopardy, however he has gone about maintaining it with a solid start to the international break.

Chelsea fans were very impressed by Madueke for England last night, with him registering an assist in the first half for Ollie Watkins’ opening goal.

It remains to be seen if Mudryk has gained enough faith from Maresca to start in the Premier League once the international break comes to an end.
