Reports have claimed that West Ham have resigned to the fact that they will sell Chelsea transfer target Declan Rice at the end of the season.
According to the Mail Online, the Hammers are willing to accept an offer of around £100m to sell the midfielder this summer.
The Blues have been long-term admirers of Rice, with it now common knowledge that they released the 24-year-old as a youngster during the academy process at Cobham.

If this was because he wasn’t good enough, this has been proven to be far from the truth. Recent weeks have shown the best of the England international as he has been key in the club’s charge in Europe, as well as for survival in the Premier League.
Despite it now almost certain that the Hammers will stay up, it is widely expected that Rice will still be on the move at the end of the season.
West Ham to sell Rice
Chelsea are certainly not the only club interested in the signing. Arsenal have put themselves alongside the Blues as favourites to secure the transfer this summer.
The Gunners are looking for depth to mount another title charge next season, as it looks as if they may fall just short this year.

This is despite already raiding Stamford Bridge for more players in this position when they struck a deal to sign Jorginho in January.
The Blues have been linked with a number of midfielders ahead of this summer, with it reportedly being one of the three positions potential new manager Mauricio Pochettino has decided does need strengthening ahead of next season.
The Premier League has been a hotspot for players they have been linked with, including young duo Romeo Lavia and Moises Caicedo.
