Reports suggest that multiple members of Chelsea staff have become frustrated with Callum Hudson-Odoi.
According to The Athletic, there is an element of annoyance that he is yet to maximise his talent in his time with the first team.
The 22-year-old has been widely linked with a move away from the club this summer, after being surprised that he was not included in the squad for the season opener against Everton.

Borussia Dortmund have been notably interested in a move for the Chelsea man, who Thomas Tuchel described last season as “brilliant.”
There has also been interest in a deal from Premier League sides, with it likely to at least begin as a loan move.
Hudson Odoi frustrating Chelsea staff
The player’s reported desire to have a spell away from Stamford Bridge may lean in to what The Athletic are claiming, with it being said that he has not been particularly well-received among members of staff at the club.
The signing of Raheem Sterling will have done him no favours in terms of potential gametime, with him likely to be locking off one of the positions in the front three for the foreseeable future.

This could likely even see Hudson-Odoi become mostly a backup wing-back, which is a role Tuchel has used him in over the last 18 months in an attempt to get him in the side.
However, a loan spell where regular gametime in attack is on offer would be a great opportunity for him to finally begin to show his worth, with him always tipped to be one of the best talents ever produced by the club’s illustrious academy.
With the Blues always in the market for the next big thing, it seems like his time is running out to prove that he can be an important part of Chelsea in the coming years.
