Roy Keane has made his prediction for Chelsea’s game against Manchester City on Sunday.

Chelsea head into the match with a bit of confidence after managing to beat their fierce rivals Tottenham Hotspur 4-1 earlier this week.

Still, Roy Keane, who has been speaking on Stick to Football, fears for Mauricio Pochettino‘s side.

City also had a great time in front of goal in their last Premier League outing, putting six past Bournemouth in their 6-1 victory.

Roy Keane’s prediction for Chelsea vs Manchester City

Keane has gone for a 2-0 win for the visitors, who travel to Stamford Bridge for the 16:30 kick-off on Sunday.

Giving his prediction on Stick to Football, the Manchester United legend said: “I think 2 or 3-0. I don’t think Chelsea score. We’ll go 2-0 then, 2-0 City.”

Do Chelsea have any chance of beating Manchester City?

Chelsea have been dire at home for a while now. Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest have already been to the Bridge and won there.

With the above in mind, then, the best Pochettino’s side can hope for is probably a draw, but even that is going to be difficult.

If Chelsea’s best players all turn up on the day, though, then who knows? They do have attackers who can make the difference.

Former City star Cole Palmer has been excellent of late and has actually been compared to one of his old teammates Bernardo Silva.

Raheem Sterling also has the pace to get in behind defenders, something everyone saw when the England international went up against Tottenham’s ridiculously high line on Monday.

If the duo and Nicolas Jackson can all get their decision-making spot on and execution right, it is not impossible that Chelsea get something from this game. Unlikely perhaps, but not impossible.

After that, there is another tricky fixture versus Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United once the international break is over.
