TalkSPORT regular Simon Jordan has made a shock prediction about when Chelsea will next win the Premier League title.
The Blues have really struggled since being taken over by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital, but Simon Jordan has been quick to defend the American and talked up the club’s title chances in the future on talkSPORT.
There is certainly no chance of Chelsea winning the Premier League crown this season, though, with Mauricio Pochettino’s men currently sitting 11th in the table.

Considering that, they would be fortunate to finish in the top six.
Simon Jordan makes Chelsea title prediction
Jordan believes Chelsea can win the title within the next three years!
Speaking on talkSPORT, the former Crystal Palace chairman said: “There’s no doubt about it, Chelsea will get there. It’s about how quickly they get there and whether Pochettino is going to take them. I have never felt that Pochettino will win them the Premier League. I thought that he would get them to a point where they operate in the top four, but that’s not Chelsea’s blueprint.
“Right now, at this moment in time, even that argument looks unsustainable because they’re not great. They’re not anywhere near what we think they should be and what they could be. But the bottom line is is that Chelsea will get there, they will get there. Believe me, they’ll get there. Chelsea will win the league under Todd Boehly before the next two or three years.”
Chelsea are miles away from a title challenge
A lot is going to have to happen within the next two to three years if Chelsea are to have any chance of winning the title.
At this moment in time, they do not even look capable of mounting a challenge for it. That is largely down to their faltering attack, which is impacting their pursuit of Champions League football.
Pochettino’s men looked to have turned a corner before their 2-0 loss against Brentford.

In their games versus Arsenal, Burnley and Fulham prior, they scored eight goals combined. However, there was no cutting edge this time around in the defeat to Thomas Frank’s side.
As well as against Brentford, Chelsea have also failed to net in games with Nottingham Forest, Bournemouth and Aston Villa, which is not good enough for a club who are trying to get back into the Champions League.
Until they improve in that area, the only title Chelsea have a chance of winning is the Championship. They look closer to being relegated than claiming their first Premier League crown since 2017.
