Thomas Tuchel has clearly impressed a lot of Blues fans with how he led his first Chelsea training session as the new manager.

The announcement of his appointment was only made at around 6pm on Tuesday.

But the 47-year-old seemed he couldn’t wait to meet his new players, as he went straight into the training ground.

Obviously, with his first match against Wolves only 24 hours away, Tuchel understandably did not want to waste any time.

Chelsea have released the training session video, and some fans on Twitter really enjoyed it.

Chelsea have confirmed that Tuchel is going to be in the dugout against Wolves, despite earlier doubts over the quarantine protocol.

Wolves manager Nuno Espirito Santo admitted he is not sure what to expect from Chelsea tonight, although he still expects a tough match.

“We don’t know the manager. What we know is the quality and talent of the Chelsea players,” he told Wolves’ official website.

We expect a tough match and whatever the manager is, he won’t have much time to impose his own ideas, so we think it’ll be close to what Frank [Lampard] was doing before.

It was very interesting to see Tuchel give very detailed instructions to Chelsea players in his first training session.

He is notoriously insightful, as Rio Ferdinand previously pointed out, although we should not expect any drastic changes in today’s game.

In his first meeting with the players, Tuchel has already given assurances that every player will be given a clean slate and a proper chance, according to the Mirror

His first team selection is going to be very interesting, isn’t it?
