One Chelsea player has now claimed that he believes VAR has a problem right now.
Captain last night Levi Colwill told the club website that he believes he was fouled when Scott McTominay headed home from close range to give Manchester United a decisive lead.
The Blues were second best for the majority of last night, with Colwill donning the captain’s armband for the very first time in what promises to be a long Chelsea career.

After they found themselves behind early on, and relied on Robert Sanchez to save a penalty given away by Enzo Fernandez, they were dragged back into the game through some brilliance from Cole Palmer.
It wasn’t enough over the 90 minutes, with the Scotland international doubling his tally for the day in the second half.
There was a check on VAR for a foul on Colwill at the back post, with him seemingly being pushed to the ground under pressure.

A foul was not given however, with Colwill now feeling hard done by after a number of decisions have gone against him in some capacity.
He said: “VAR has something against me right now, I don’t know what I’ve done to them. Against Brighton they tried to give a pen, and then when I got pulled [by Scott McTominay] they didn’t give anything. It is what it is. It was a frustrating night…”
With him starting on the left of defence last night, there may be an argument for him to move position when he is back in action at the weekend against Everton.
He has often looked more comfortable at centre-back, which has been noted as his most natural position during his career.
His most likely partner at the back right now would be Thiago Silva, who has started every Premier League game so far this season.
