Journalist Nathan Gissing has claimed that Chelsea cannot find a club who want to sign Christian Pulisic on a permanent deal.

He took to Twitter to state that AC Milan are currently interested in a loan deal for the American to move away from Stamford Bridge ahead of next season.

All the reports recently have led towards Pulisic making what is now a long-awaited exit from the club, after making the move back in 2019.

Recently it was claimed that he is one of the names that owner Todd Boehly is keenest to get off the books, perhaps in part due to his wage reaching around £200,000 a week.

The clear out at Stamford Bridge is well underway, with higher ups safe in the knowledge that they have had to get rid of a number of players in order to spend again.

Nobody wants to sign Pulisic

Last season’s outcasts Hakim Ziyech and Edouard Mendy are reportedly close to sealing their personal moves to Saudi Arabia, and they look like they are going to be joined by Kalidou Koulibaly after just one year at the club.

One player they are reportedly struggling to shift is Pulisic though, with Gissing claiming a permanent suitor has yet to come to the front.

He said: “AC Milan are interested in signing Chelsea’s Christian Pulisic. Understand Pulisic is currently expected to leave on loan. Chelsea are struggling to find permanent suitors.”

Even if he was to remain in West London, finding a place in the first team looks difficult at this stage.

The Blues recently spent big money bringing in Mykhailo Mudryk and Noni Madueke to operate on the wings, with Raheem Sterling still looking to show off the best of his abilities at his new side.
