Fabrizio Romano has claimed that it is now likely that Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah leaves the club this Janaury.
He took to YouTube to state that while there is no formal confirmation from the club that he will leave, the situation is not looking good for the Englishman.
It has emerged that Chalobah simply doesn’t look part of the plans at Stamford Bridge for the time being.

There were plenty of efforts made over the summer transfer window for them to sell the player, as they looked across Europe for a suitor who would cough up the £50m they were hoping for.
Bayern Munich reportedly came close to striking a deal, which would have seen him reunite with former manager Thomas Tuchel.
Chalobah set to leave in January
However, the Bundesliga champions were only really keen on a loan deal which held no real advantage for the Blues.
He was also the subject of late interest on deadline day from fellow Premier League side Nottingham Forest. However, it was the player who rejected that move in favour of fighting for his place at Stamford Bridge.

That very place may not actually be available for too much longer, with Romano claiming the feeling at the moment is that he will leave the club at the next possible point.
He said: “There has been no formal confirmation from Chelsea that Trevoh Chalobah has been frozen out, but the feeling is he will leave the club in January.”
With the addition of Axel Disasi, it looks as if he is going to be surplus to requirements until he is sold at the next opportunity.
