Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku and Megan Thee Stallion have hit the headlines after they were seen holding hands at Lautaro Martinez’s wedding.
It comes after the American rapper was also spotted watching an Inter Milan game earlier this season – where the Belgian international is currently on loan from Chelsea.
Now, one line from Phony Ppl’s song Fkn Around – which was released in January 2020 – hints that the relationship between Romelu Lukaku and Megan Thee Stallion is not a new thing.

Well, the 28-year-old featured on the aforementioned track by Phony Ppl in 2020, where her verse on the hit song included one very interesting line.
Thee Stallion – who is represented by Jay Z’s Roc Nation, as is Lukaku – sang “I got me a European papi out in Italy” on the popular track, which has well over 28m views on Spotify.
At the time of the song’s release, Lukaku was starring for Inter Milan in the 2020/21 campaign before he sealed a £97.5m move back to Chelsea, helping the Italian giants win the Serie A title with 30 goals in all competitions.
Therefore, it could certainly be argued that the Belgian and Thee Stallion’s relationship has been ongoing for over three years, with many under the impression that it only recently started.
If that is the case, they have done very, very well to keep things out of the media spotlight.
The 30-year-old has since returned to Inter Milan on loan from Chelsea after struggling at Stamford Bridge, scoring just eight goals in 26 Premier League appearances last season.
However, things are now looking up for Lukaku after he was seen holding hands with Thee Stallion, as the Antwerp-born striker could win the Champions League next Saturday to go with his Coppa Italia success.
After a difficult time at Stamford Bridge, Lukaku is making headlines again for all the right reasons.
