Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech is set to undergo a medical with Al-Nassr tomorrow.

He took to Twitter to state that all contracts between all the parties have now been signed ahead of his transfer away this summer.

It has looked for over a year now that both parties were trying to bring an end to a rocky relationship which got underway in 2020.

He was brought in at the request of Frank Lampard, and even during his temporary spell back at the club last season he was still claimed to be a massive fan of.

This was not the same for the rest of the people who had managed Chelsea in this time though. The Morocco international did not spend enough time on the pitch to even score a goal last season.

Ziyech medical tomorrow

He looked set for a move away in January on deadline day, however a loan deal to PSG collapsed at the final moments as the Blues themselves ensured they’d bring in Enzo Fernandez.

Now, it looks as if they are about to bring an end to Ziyech’s time in West London, with Romano claiming a medical is now scheduled for tomorrow.

He said: “Understand Hakim Ziyech will undergo medical tests with Al Nassr on Thursday as it has just been scheduled.

“All contracts are finally signed between player, Al Nassr and Chelsea.”

A number of the first team players the Blues have looked to get rid of this summer look as if they are going to be playing their football in Saudi Arabia.

The Moroccan will be joined by Edouard Mendy and Kalidou Koulibaly, as well as free agent N’golo Kante.
