A former Chelsea star looks set for a return to the Premier League this summer, banking the Blues a significant financial injection as a result.
Last summer saw the Blues move on from Omari Hutchinson on a permanent basis after he had spent a season on loan at Ipswich Town.
Having signed the winger on a free transfer from Arsenal, Todd Boehly made a significant profit when they sold him to the recently-promoted top-flight side at the time.
The deal did have its negative side effects too. Hutchinson scored against Chelsea when they were defeated 2-0 at Portman Road last season.
Relegation has already seen Ipswich part ways with Liam Delap, who instantly made the move to Stamford Bridge after the Blues triggered his release clause.

Chelsea set for significant sell on fee from potential Omari Hutchinson sale
Now, it looks as if their West London rivals could be about to make a move of their own for one of the Tractor Boys’ top players.
According to journalist Tom Collomosse, Brentford have bid £35m to sign Hutchinson, a fee that matches the reported release clause in his deal.
According to Fabrizio Romano last year, Chelsea included a 25% sell on fee in the sale, and this could see them bank around £8.75m from a deal that doesn’t even involve them.
Manchester United would likely be delighted to see the deal go through, with them in an ongoing pursuit of Bryan Mbuemo.

Chelsea interested in new winger of their own
Despite already signing Jamie Gittens, Joao Pedro and Delap this summer, reports are claiming that Chelsea are still looking to sign a new attacker this summer.
The Blues have been linked with Alejandro Garnacho for months now, with him seemingly desperate to get out of Old Trafford.
Any signing made by the club at this stage will be with the knowledge that they will have Estevao Willian in the first team squad for next season.
The Brazilian enjoyed a very successful Club World Cup campaign, which included scoring a brilliant goal against Enzo Maresca’s side in the quarter-finals.
