Troy Deeney included one Chelsea star in his Premier League Team of the Week as top-flight football returned after the international break.
Chelsea were the early kick-off on Saturday, securing a 2-1 away win at Leicester City. Remarkably, the Foxes have since sacked Steve Cooper as their manager at the King Power Stadium.
Enzo Maresca’s side stay third in the Premier League table after the latest round of fixtures. Next, the Blues face German club Heidenheim in the Conference League on Thursday before hosting Aston Villa in the league on Sunday.

Troy Deeney names Nicolas Jackson in Team of the Week
BBC pundit Troy Deeney has named Chelsea’s Nicolas Jackson in his weekly segment of Premier League Team of the Week.
Deeney told BBC Sport: “Nicolas Jackson: A goal and an assist at Leicester. He scored an unbelievable finish but I love his perseverance for the goal. He put so much pressure on.”

Jackson deserves a special mention after another eye-catching performance at the weekend. The 23-year-old striker lead the line superbly well all game, plus scored his seventh league goal of the season with a superb right-footed finish inside the box.
Maresca claimed Jackson was outstanding versus Leicester without the ball, especially with his pressing.
Meanwhile, Jamie O’Hara says Chelsea frontman Jackson is proving people wrong after another solid Premier League outing.
Nicolas Jackson won’t be budged from the Chelsea XI
Unless Jackson’s form suddenly falls off a cliff, it’s hard to see him losing his position in Chelsea’s best line-up.
Christopher Nkunku, who’s scored 10 goals in 18 Blues appearances this season across all competitions, is in the unfortunate position of stuck behind Jackson in the pecking order. Therefore, the only starts he’s getting is across the various cups.
Peter Crouch acknowledges Chelsea’s Jackson has worked on his game to become a more complete striker during his second season at Stamford Bridge.
Finally, it feels like Chelsea may have found a No.9 they can trust week in and week out.
