Chelsea fans, remember Ross Barkley?
Although he spent a large chunk of his Stamford Bridge career in the shadows, the midfielder still made 100 appearances for the club before finally moving on in the summer.
Barkley joined Nice as a free agent in September after Chelsea reportedly terminated his contract.
He ended a four-year spell as a Blue, which included winning the FA Cup and Europa League.
Ross Barkley bags a bullet
Many supporters of the South West London side might’ve missed the Englishman’s exit all together, as they focused on new arrivals rather than departures.

But Barkley recently gave the Chelsea faithful good reason to at least recall some of the good times he spent at Cobham.
Yesterday, the 29-year-old opened his account for Nice in rather nice fashion.
The BT Sport cameras captured his wonderful curling effort from about 30-yards that drew the French outfit level.
This was not only Barkley’s first for the Ligue 1 team, but his first in general since May of last year.

His winner against Watford on the final day of the previous Premier League season was his final competitive act in a Chelsea shirt.
It was a tie of little significance, with Watford already relegated and Thomas Tuchel’s men safely in the Champions League spots.
However, it will probably pull on the heart strings of Barkley, who was playing in front of the home crowd for the very last time.
