Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech have seen their transfer values increased in November according to the CIES Football Observatory study.
The Swiss-based research group released a list of players in Europe’s big five leagues whose transfer value has increased the most in November.
Unsurprisingly, Borussia Dortmund duo Erling Haaland and Gio Reyna have had the biggest spikes in their respective transfer values, with over a £30million increase for each.
Chelsea pair Werner and Ziyech have had respectable increases as well.
CIES estimated that Werner’s value went from €137.5m (£124.6m) on 31 October to €148.6m (£134.2m) on 31 November.
That is a £10m increase in just 30 days.
While Ziyech’s value is lower than his Chelsea teammate, he has had an even bigger increase.
The Morocco international went from €28.2m (£25.4m) to €41.7m (£37.6m) – a £12.2m increase in the same period.
Just like Haaland and Reyna, these increases would not come as a surprise considering Werner’s and Ziyech’s incredible performances in November.
Werner played seven games for Chelsea and Germany last month, in which he scored five goals and provided one assist.
Ziyech also played seven games for Chelsea and Morocco, scoring five goals and setting up two more.
