Reports have claimed that West Ham United are now looking elsewhere after claims they were looking to sign Armando Broja.
According to TeamTALK, the Hammers are now instead considering making a move for former Chelsea attacker Timo Werner, who could be available on a short-term deal.
Werner is again finding first team football hard to come by over in Germany, after moving back to RB Leipzig just over a year ago.

He left Chelsea following losing his place in the side on a regular basis under Thomas Tuchel who was in charge at the time.
As a plethora of attacking talent such as Raheem Sterling and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang joined the club, Werner quickly became surplus to requirements.
As the 27-year-old threatens to become an outcast again in the Bundesliga, there are now reports that West Ham are looking to bring him in on loan.
Werner wanted by West Ham
Their striker situation has been heavily affected this season after a number of injuries have threatened to plague David Moyes’ squad.
It had been claimed earlier this week, that the Hammers were looking to Stamford Bridge in an attempt to address those very issues.
It has been claimed that Broja was on their list, after they tried to bring him in during a previous transfer window.
However, it looks as if the 22-year-old is now looking to establish himself as a first team regular under Mauricio Pochettino.
It looks as if he is available for selection again tomorrow for the Blues’ return to the Premier League, with him off the back of a thrilling cameo appearance last time out.
He won a late penalty against Manchester City, which was converted with immense composure by Cole Palmer against his former team.
