Chelsea’s fringe players were again given the chance by their manager to show that they should be featuring far more often in the Premier League.
Enzo Maresca made 11 changes from the side who were beaten by Liverpool at the weekend, with a number of their attackers again finding the net yet again.
One of those was Mykhailo Mudryk, who nodded home a Pedro Neto cross to mark his first goal of the season.

It was also his first strike since the new manager came in, with him not picking up too many minutes under him so far this season.
Mykhailo Mudryk celebrates Chelsea goal with Enzo Maresca
Maresca has been angry with Mudryk on a number of occassions this season, however he will have been delighted with what he saw from the Ukraine international against Panathinaikos in their 4-1 win in Greece.
After he made it 2-0 early in the second half, the winger headed straight over to his manager to celebrate.
Joao Felix was another who starred in Greece, finding the net twice as he continues to push for his first start in the Premier League.
He is unfortunately finding himself in competition with Cole Palmer for a place in his preferred position, with the England international one of the best in the league at this stage.
Mudryk pushing for Chelsea Premier League start
It may not be long before Mudryk makes a real case for himself to become a starter though, with the left wing position one where change could be seen at the weekend.
Jadon Sancho has started the last few games there, however was replaced at half-time against Liverpool after an underwhelming display.
Frank Lampard has called for Pedro Neto to start in his place, however he would seem more suited to featuring on the right of attack.
For this reason, Mudryk could be the replacement Maresca is looking for. He has also found the net at Stamford Bridge before against Newcastle United, who are visiting again on Sunday.
