Chelsea attacker Willian has revealed that he wants to extend his stay at Stamford Bridge and has confirmed he’s having ongoing discussions about his future.
The 31-year-old’s current deal with the Blues expires in the summer and as it stands he will be departing at the end of the season.

He’s been with the club since joining from Anzhi Makhachkala back in 2013 and won two Premier League titles in that time.
The Brazilian winger is fresh off delivering his best performance in a long time, as he scored twice in the 2-0 away victory over Tottenham in the Premier League at the weekend.
He can sometimes divide opinion with supporters due to a lack of end product, but nobody can question his work-rate and everything came together for him against Spurs.

Willian has made it perfectly clear that his plan is to remain in West London, but that talks with the club’s hierarchy are taking place and are yet to be resolved.
“Everyone knows how I love this club and how I enjoy to play for Chelsea. If I can, I will stay here until I am 40 years old but football is not always like this,” Willian told Sky Sports.
“[I want to stay] because I like to play here. It’s not only my decision, we have to decide together with the club. We’ve had some conversations.
“I hope I can say to you guys that I will stay but now I cannot say.”

Willian can frustrate fans due to inconsistency, but he provided a memorable away day against Spurs and has had some great moments.
The speed machine has 57 goals and 56 assists in 315 appearances for the club.
Albeit his goal output may not be where it should be for someone with his quality, but he’s a great senior member to have around the current group and is clearly favoured by manager Frank Lampard.
