Arsenal defender Nuno Tavares was evidently impressed by Joao Felix’s indifferent Chelsea debut.
Tavares, who is currently on loan at Marseille from the Gunners, took to Twitter last night to preach about the Portugal international.
‘What a player’ typed the £7m left-back, having clearly tuned in to the London derby between Graham Potter’s side and Fulham last night.
Many would’ve shared this view after watching the first 58-minutes of Felix in a Chelsea shirt.

He was a real menace to Marco Silva’s side, inducing numerous fouls and brought the best out of Bernd Leno.
The 23-year-old often glided across the Craven Cottage surface, with few in blue able to match his elegancy.
Sadly, his maiden appearance under Potter will be remembered for an ugly incident, rather than his grace.
Joao Felix’s Chelsea debut ends in tears
Felix was sent for an early shower by David Coote following a poorly timed tackle on Kenny Tete.
He attempted to make up for a loose touch with a lunging tackle that was closer to knee than ankle.
Even with VAR, the decision to show the red card was an obvious one.
Chelsea’s newest signing trudged down the tunnel, clearly upset by the act that ultimately cost his side.
Potter’s men had equalised ten-minutes before the dismissal thanks to Kalidou Koulibaly’s prodded effort from close range.

But Fulham found another level thanks to their man advantage, eventually regaining the lead via the head of Carlos Vinicius.
Another defeat for Potter made worse by the fact he’ll have to cope without Felix for the next three games.
