Shaka Hislop believes that Brighton keeper Robert Sanchez could be a brilliant signing at Chelsea this summer.
There’s firm transfer speculation that suggests Robert Sanchez, 25, will soon move to Stamford Bridge and be unveiled as a new Chelsea player.
Journalist Fabrizio Romano claimed on Twitter Friday morning that Sanchez has now completed his Chelsea medical.
The Blues already confirmed the signing of 25-year-old defender Axel Disasi from Monaco this morning.
So, could it be two signings in one day with the announcement of Brighton’s gloveman later on?

ESPN pundit Hislop has given a huge thumbs up to the rumours that Sanchez is on the verge of joining, especially when it comes to the transfer cost that has been reported.
The Evening Standard reports that Chelsea have agreed a deal with Brighton worth £25million for Sanchez.
“I think Robert Sanchez, especially at the reported price of £25million, is an outstanding purchase,” Hislop told ESPN.
“… From a Chelsea perspective, I think this is outstanding business at that price for a goalkeeper of that quality.

Let’s hope Sanchez and Kepa Arrizabalaga can get the best from each other competing for Chelsea’s number one position.
The 25-year-old has proven his qualities for Brighton as a great shot-stopper who commands his penalty box. Unfortunately, he did lose his starting position at the Amex Stadium during the second half of last season.
