Chelsea midfielder Cesare Casadei is expected to leave Stamford Bridge on loan next week.
That is according to a report from The Telegraph.
It states that Leicester City manager Enzo Maresca is still looking to strengthen his squad this summer and Cesare Casadei is now set to join him at the King Power Stadium after the weekend in a boost to the Italian.
Mauricio Pochettino has not offered the 20-year-old or the rest of Chelsea’s youngsters any reassurances ahead of the new season.

“All of the young guys, like Andrey or Angelo, also Lesley, Casadei, all young guys, we are going to decide when we arrive in London,” Pochettino was recently quoted as saying by football.london.
“No one we can say is going to be in the squad, but no one we can say is not going to be in the squad.”
Leicester could be perfect for Cesare Casadei
It looks like Chelsea do not feel that Casadei is ready for a Premier League loan just yet. With that in mind, then, a temporary move to Leicester could be the next best thing for the Italian.
Having just been relegated from the top flight, you would expect them to be competitive in the Championship and have one of the best teams in the division.

Maresca is also someone who has worked closely with Pep Guardiola, so he could end up being a really good coach for Casadei.
Ultimately, the King Power Stadium may be the right environment for the former Inter Milan player.
Casadei was not a small investment for someone his age. Chelsea signed the Italy U21 international, who was 19 at the time, in a deal worth around £16m in total.
Hopefully he can have a really good loan spell at Leicester, continue to develop and then stake a claim for a spot in the Blues’ senior squad.
