Brentford striker Ivan Toney is set to leave the west London club in January amid links to Chelsea.
That is according to a report from FootballTransfers.
It claims that Ivan Toney will depart Brentford in January and that Thomas Frank is already looking at potential replacements.

Chelsea are one club who the 27-year-old has been linked to.
The Evening Standard recently reported that the Blues could make a move for him when the transfer window reopens in January.
Ivan Toney leaving in January
Honestly, it is a bit surprising to hear that Toney could be leaving Brentford in January.
The idea of the England international departing the Bees at some point is not crazy. Right now, he is easily one of the best centre-forwards in the Premier League so is going to attract interest.
He scored 20 goals in 33 top-flight appearances last season, which is quite impressive.

However, it is weird that Brentford seem open to doing business in January and are not delaying his sale until next summer.
It is good news for Chelsea, though, who obviously need more firepower after scoring just five goals in their first six Premier League games.
Signing a striker like Toney has the potential to transform their season if they are not where they want to be come the new year.
Hopefully, then, the Blues can see off competition and land his signature. Had Mauricio Pochettino had the former Peterborough man now, it is very unlikely that Chelsea would find themselves 14th in the Premier League table and nowhere close to the Champions League spots.
