Brentford striker Ivan Toney has already sat down with Thomas Frank to discuss his future amid links to Chelsea.

According to the Daily Mirror, Ivan Toney has spoken to his manager and expressed his desire for a new challenge.

The same outlet also claims that Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are all interested in the 27-year-old and that Brentford are prepared to let him go if their £60m valuation is met.

The Blues signed a new striker during the summer, bringing Nicolas Jackson in from Villarreal, but goals have been a problem for them so far this season.

Going into their game against Aston Villa later today, Chelsea have scored just five times in five Premier League matches.

Ivan Toney wants move

With some big clubs circling, it is no surprise to hear that Toney wants to leave Brentford. And the England international certainly looks capable of playing for a team like Chelsea or Arsenal.

He really showed his quality last season, scoring 20 goals in 33 Premier League appearances.

It is the kind of firepower Chelsea could really do with, though landing him may not be easy with Arsenal also sniffing around.

The Gunners are a side a lot of players would probably want to play for right now as they continue to excel under Mikel Arteta.

You would have to say, however, that Chelsea definitely need Toney more than their London rivals do, and hopefully they can come out as victors in this battle for the Brentford and England forward.
