Ben Jacobs claims that Cristiano Ronaldo will be offered to Chelsea for a second time by his agent.
Jacobs reported on Twitter that he’d been told Jorge Mendes is set to present his client to Todd Boehly again following his first attempt in the summer.
Ronaldo’s future at Manchester United is almost certainly over after clips of his bombshell interview with Piers Morgan dropped on Sunday.
The attacker seemingly attacked his current employers, saying he felt ‘betrayed’ by the owners and that he doesn’t ‘have respect’ for manager Erik ten Haag.
Much like Romelu Lukaku’s revealing chat with Italian media last year, the social media world was rocked by Ronaldo’s outburst.
But unlike Lukaku, CR7 probably won’t be given a second chance.

There doesn’t seem to be a way back for the 37-year-old as a Red Devil.
His tenure at Old Trafford was walking on a tightrope already, having only started four Premier League games under Ten Haag.
The straw has been set on fire now thanks to the crippling conversation with Morgan.
He evidently wants out of Manchester, but this begs the question: who would want to take him?
Firstly, not many clubs could actually afford him even if they desired to sign the Portugal international.
Currently earning a reported £515k-a-week at United, few would even dream of splashing such cash on a player arguably past his sell-by date.
One of the few that has the resources is Chelsea.
Todd Boehly’s bank has already opened its doors to numerous new signings; who’s to say he wouldn’t do it again for Ronaldo.
Boehly apparently considered recruiting the five-time Ballon d’Or winner in the summer, but Thomas Tuchel was not keen on the idea.
With Tuchel now out of the picture, perhaps the Chelsea chief will have another run at Ronaldo.
