Chelsea will be in attendance this week to watch Club Brugge’s Antonio Nusa play against Besiktas in the UEFA Europa Conference League.
That is according to Het Nieuwsblad.
They claim that Chelsea were prepared to pay €30million (£26million) in the summer to sign Antonio Nusa, but he ended up staying in Belgium with Club Brugge.
It is understood that the Blues continue to monitor the 18-year-old attacking talent.
Now, the report says that a Chelsea scout will fly out on Thursday night to watch the teenager play in Club Brugge’s European home fixture versus Besiktas.
In addition, there will also be representatives watching from Arsenal, Manchester United, Borussia Dortmund, PSV Eindhoven and Marseille.

Nusa is already shining at first-team level at the age of 18.
The ‘fearless’ attacker has started the new season in good form, scoring two goals and making three assists across all competitions.
He’s now going to have plenty of eyes closely watching him when he takes to the field tomorrow night.

Nusa, who’s now earned two senior international caps for Norway, is attracting interest from some of the biggest clubs in European football.
A stellar performance this week could only speed up his meteoric rise in the game.
There’s no doubt his profile fits the transfer strategy deployed by Chelsea under the current ownership, so it’s no surprise they’re in the mix for the skilful young winger.
The Evening Standard recently explained that Mauricio Pochettino’s Blues side will continue to be in the race for Nusa after they failed with a bid to sign him on the summer’s deadline day.
