Chelsea are now being linked with the player who once compared himself to football superstar Kylian Mbappe.
The Blues were generally threatening as an attacking unit last season, so it’s going to be interesting to see if they decide to strengthen their forward line any further.
Enzo Maresca’s side have completed the signing of young Barcelona striker Marc Guiu this summer.
There’s already attacking options such as Nicolas Jackson, Christopher Nkunku, Raheem Sterling, Mykhailo Mudryk and Cole Palmer who can play across the frontline.
Chelsea have just been linked with another versatile attacker, though.

Chelsea possible suitors for Karim Adeyemi
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Chelsea do hold an interest in signing Borussia Dortmund attacker Karim Adeyemi.
It is understood that Juventus are looking at the 22-year-old Dortmund star as a potential target in this window.
However, Chelsea could be in the fight for the signature of the German youngster.
Despite his youth, Adeyemi scored 14 goals and made eight assists in 66 first-team appearances for Dortmund.
Previously, he’s scored 33 goals and created 24 assists in 94 matches for RB Salzburg.
He mostly plays on the left wing. However, he can play any of the forward positions.
Kylian Mbappe comparison
Chelsea fans may be intrigued to hear that Dortmund’s Adeyemi once made a bold comparison about himself with French attacking star Kylian Mbappe.
Adeyemi said via TuttoMercatoWeb in 2021: “Am I like him (Arjen Robben)? No, I’m more like Mbappe or [Pierre-Emerick] Aubameyang.”
There’s a sizeable gap between him and Mbappe in terms of overall ability.
But one fair comparison between the duo is that they’re both blessed with lightning pace.
