Chelsea are reportedly interested in Villarreal Samuel Chukwueze ahead of the January transfer window – and some of the club’s fans on Twitter are extremely positive about the speculation.
The Telegraph reports that the Blues have their eyes fixed on the La Liga attacker, as they look to strengthen in forward areas next month.

It is explained that the club’s scouts have been impressed by the 20-year-old, who also previously admitted that he’s a fan of Chelsea.
“I was supporting Chelsea. I used to support every team that featured a Nigerian. So my love for Chelsea then was because of Mikel,” he said, as quoted by the Telegraph.
“Maybe in the future, a movement is possible but right now my attention is on Villarreal. I want to focus well on my club and gain more confidence. Maybe when the time is ripe, I can move.”

Chukwueze is a Villarreal winger that has a reputation for his blistering pace and is mazy dribbling.
He’s played 16 senior games across all competitions this campaign, scoring three goals and supplying two assists in return.
The Nigeria international is the latest attacker to be linked with a move to Stamford Bridge since the transfer ban was overturned and is an intriguing talent.
He’s an inexperienced right-winger that is still making a name for himself in Spain, but has shown glimpses of pure magic with the ball at his feet and it’s easy to see why he’s caught attention.

A selection of Chelsea supporters on social media feel that Chukwueze is a target worth chasing in January.
The left-footed wide man can cause havoc when drifting into central areas and is the type of attacker that would get fans off their seats.
But realistically Frank Lampard’s side need any new recruits to be up to the standards of the likes of Willian, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Christian Pulisic.
Here are some Blues fans giving a big thumbs up to the Chukwueze rumours:
