Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana reportedly would be open to a move to Chelsea – and some of the club’s fans on Twitter have responded by claiming they would like to see him at Stamford Bridge.

According to the Daily Mail, the 23-year-old wants to leave Dutch outfit Ajax in the summer and make a move to the Premier League for the first time in his career.

It is understood that he is valued between £40-50million and that Barcelona have already held talks with him.

But the report details that the Cameroon International wants to make a move to England and his preferred destination would be Chelsea, while he could also be interested in a switch to London rivals Tottenham.

Onana has 13 clean sheets in 32 games across all competitions this season and is already very experienced for a young shot-stopper.

The African goalkeeper helped reach the semi-finals of the Champions League last season and he’s someone with good reflexes that can also play out from the back comfortably.

Blues manager Frank Lampard has recently axed number one Kepa Arrizabalaga and there are question marks over the goalkeeper position right now.
