Journalist Jacob Steinberg has claimed that Chelsea have now agreed a deal with Burnley to sell Ian Maatsen today.
However, he claimed on Twitter that the player is having second thoughts about the move, despite the fee being agreed.
Maatsen is one of the numerous players whose Chelsea futures are up in the air right now, as the transfer deadline approaches tonight.

The player has impressed Mauricio Pochettino and supporters so far this season, but he has also caught the eye of other Premier League sides.
One of these has been Burnley, who had him on loan last season. It has been claimed this afternoon that they have agreed a fee to sell him today.
However, Steinberg has claimed that the player has not yet said yes to leaving the club as of yet.

He said: “Chelsea have agreed a deal for Ian Maatsen to join Burnley but the player is reluctant to leave.”
It would be a very foolish idea for the Blues to sell Maatsen just weeks after they agreed a deal to see Lewis Hall leave permanently.
It remains to be seen if the player is forced out before tonight’s deadline.
