One club in France have seemingly cooled their interest in a Chelsea outcast due to finances.
Chelsea are set to offload a few of their forwards before the transfer window closes, including Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku.
Both players have fallen down the pecking order following the arrivals of Joao Pedro and Liam Delap.
Bayern Munich are still huge fans of Nkunku after trying to sign the 27-year-old in January. As well as Nkunku and Jackson, David Datro Fofana could also be heading for the exit door.

Toulouse end talks to sign David Datro Fofana
Several clubs have registered an interest in signing Fofana, which includes Ligue 1 outfit Toulouse. However, a move to the French club now looks very unlikely.
According to journalist Rudy Galetti, Toulouse have decided to walk away from talks for Fofana because of the finances involved in the deal.
Simply put, they have been priced out of a move for the 22-year-old and will now have to look elsewhere in their bid to sign a new striker.
Fofana will not get any minutes at Chelsea if he remains there, so the Ivorian needs to secure a transfer this summer.
Enzo Maresca is happy for Fofana to leave, and he could end up getting a move to another Premier League club before the transfer market slams shut.

As well as France, Fofana is also attracting interest from England, which is not a total shock after a productive loan spell at Burnley in the 2023/24 season.
It is being reported that Wolverhampton Wanderers have made an approach for Fofana as they look to strengthen their forward line.
Chelsea signed Fofana from Molde in 2023, but the Ivory Coast international has made just four appearances for the club.

He needs a fresh start at a new permanent home, and that home could be Molineux by the looks of things.
