Chelsea are now being kept informed on Bayern Munich defender Alphonso Davies.
That is according to a report from 90min.
They claim that Bayern Munich are keen to give Alphonso Davies, 22, a new contract with them.
However, there’s interest from some top clubs in Europe for the Canada international.
The report says that Chelsea and Manchester City are being kept informed on Davies’ situation, while Real Madrid are also monitoring any contract talks with Bayern.

Despite his age, Davies is an incredible footballer and has been one of the world’s top left-backs in the last few years.
The 22-year-old is a full-back with lightning quick pace and energy down the wing, which is why he’s such a key player for Germany champions Bayern.
Described as “phenomenal” by Hansi Flick in 2019 (Bundesliga), Davies excels 1v1 when it’s in attacking or defensive scenarios.
The £165,000-a-week left-back (Salary Sport) is currently under contract at the Allianz Arena until 2025, so we’re not surprised to hear that Bayern are trying to sort a new deal.

Interestingly, Davies previously admitted that he grew up supporting Chelsea because of his father.
In our view, Davies would get into the starting line-up for most teams in the world, including at Chelsea.
The Blues have so many options in the left-back position right now, but we certainly wouldn’t mind signing the Bayern star if he becomes a realistic target. Our gut feeling is that any kind of deal is very unlikely, though.
For now, Chelsea are using versatile defender Levi Colwill at left-back. They’ve also got the likes of vice-captain Ben Chilwell, Marc Cucurella and Ian Maatsen as genuine options there.
