Chelsea are lining up a potential bid to sign Everton youngster Ishe Samuels-Smith.
That is according to The Daily Mail.
They claim that Chelsea, Manchester City and Tottenham are all monitoring Ishe Samuels-Smith, who’s a very exciting youngster to come through the academy ranks at Everton.
It is understood that Mauricio Pochettino’s side is now weighing up an offer, too.

We’ve seen the current Chelsea ownership invest heavily in some of the top young prospects around during the past 12 months, and it doesn’t look like it’s a tactic that will go away.
Samuels-Smith, who’s only 17, is a highly-rated youngster at Goodison Park.
He’s still waiting to make his first-team debut after impressing at various age groups, but he’s previously featured in a matchday squad in the Premier League.
The English teenager is a versatile defender very capable of playing left-back or centre-back to a high standard.
So, could we soon see Chelsea ramp up interest and try to bring him to Stamford Bridge?

Samuels-Smith is currently viewed as an ‘exciting prospect’ by Everton coaches (The Guardian).
Will they be able to convince him to continue his development and career on Merseyside, though?
The defender has some of the best academies in England chasing his signature, but he should be thinking about his long-term goals and route into senior football in the next couple of years.
