Chelsea are becoming increasingly frustrated with Romelu Lukaku and want to sell the striker as soon as possible.
That is according to the Mirror.
So, what is the latest on Romelu Lukaku and Chelsea? Let’s take a look…
What’s the story?
Well, the Belgium international is fixated on a return to Inter Milan despite offers from Saudi Arabia and also AC Milan.
Lukaku has rejected AC Milan due to his love of Inter Milan, while he also has no interest in a move to Saudi Arabia.
However, Inter Milan have failed to make an acceptable bid for the 30-year-old so far, which is seemingly causing some frustration at Stamford Bridge.
The Mirror explain how Chelsea want to sell Lukaku as quickly as possible, and have even dropped the asking price to £34m – which would represent a staggering £63.5m loss on their initial £97.5m investment.

It is also said that the Belgian – who Antonio Conte called a “really good” striker – is not part of Mauricio Pochettino’s plans next season, and Chelsea have no intention of sanctioning another loan exit.
It comes after Corriere dello Sport claimed that Lukaku would even be taking his lawyers to meet Todd Boehly in order to force through a move to Inter Milan.
Inter Milan need to pay Chelsea for Lukaku or move on
By the looks of it, Inter Milan may have asked Lukaku to put pressure on Chelsea to lower their demands.
That appears to have worked as the Blues drop down to a £34m asking price, and now, Inter Milan cannot keep pushing their luck.
It is time for the Italian giants to put money on the table and take Lukaku back on a permanent basis, which both parties seem so keen to do.

The Italian giants cannot keep expecting handouts from Chelsea – a £34m asking price for someone of Lukaku’s pedigree is more than fair.
Be sure to keep an eye on this situation, as Chelsea desperately attempt to offload Lukaku.
